What we do
Balcony Health helps you find a counsellor who fits you. Sessions are provided by independent counsellors, who are responsible for the care they provide. [PLACEHOLDER] depends on the licensing decision.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. You agree to give accurate information so we can match you safely.
Not an emergency service
We can't respond to emergencies. If you're in danger, call 911 (US) or 112 (India), or a crisis line listed on our Crisis help page.
Bookings and payments
Prices are set in US dollars and shown and charged in your local currency, converted at that day's exchange rate; the exact amount is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
You can reschedule or cancel for free up to 24 hours before a session. Cancellations within 24 hours, and missed sessions, are charged 50% of the session price.
Your account
Keep your password private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. You can close your account at any time.
