In immediate danger?

Call emergency services now.

Call your local emergency number, or go to the nearest emergency room.

If you’re a student: your university’s counselling centre usually has an after-hours crisis line. It’s often on the back of your student ID.

If you’re working: many employers offer a free, confidential Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) with a 24/7 phone line. Your HR portal will have the number.

Somewhere else? findahelpline.com lists free helplines in most countries.
